I originally started my Compass career at Compass Digital and today I’m the Data & AI Delivery Lead at CDAI. My transition came after seeing an opportunity that aligned with my experience and something new I wanted to be part of. The move happened quickly, but my manager and teammates were very supportive, helping me get up to speed and feel confident in the role. There’s always been strong encouragement to keep learning here. As you build your skills and knowledge, new opportunities naturally come up, and people support you in exploring new areas and taking on new challenges within different parts of our technology organizations.
